My stay here was really nice. Upscale hotel, everything was amazing, I loved location and staff. The room was unique, with 2 queen beds.

The breakfast was savoury, the staff was accommodating, the grounds were clean. I loved having a metro station within 10 minutes walk...

We were in San Francisco for 8 days, had nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with ideal location very close to union square.

I liked my enjoyable stay. Entertaining and perfectly clean place with terrific staff. The bed was amazing and the room was cool enough & bright. The service was good, breakfast was large. There were strong internet and easy to access parking available.

From the nice staff to the cool enough rooms and to the excellent food, not to mention nice view. A short walk to the amazing beach. Again, the hotel was within good access to market street. Great service here.

Nice place for a 7-night stay. We enjoyed hotel's people and location. We were in a queen room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and ironing facilities. Concierge is the best ever!

Our petite double room had climate control, cable television and ironing facilities. Only 20 min walk to downtown. Truly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Daily Grill...

We appreciated this place, it has FIRST CLASS staff and service. We got the king room and it was good sized. Furthermore, free Wi Fi - was a nice touch.

Our hotel was adjacent to tourist sites such as lombard street. Good location was a plus❤

We where able to visit lombard street that was so close to the hotel. The area contains some restaurants like Daily Grill within 5 minutes' walk. No complains at all with the venue. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose handlery union square❤

Excellent location, Oakland International airport was 12 miles away. Enjoyable base for your vacations in San Francisco.
